Five stages. Each one ends with something you can read, use or reject.
How an engagement runs
Scope
We establish what the software must do, what it must not do, and what it will cost. Nothing is built until all three are written down and agreed.
Design
Interface and architecture are designed together, because a decision made in one constrains the other. You review real screens, not descriptions of screens.
Build
Delivered in reviewable increments on a fixed cadence. You have access to working software throughout, not a demonstration at the end.
Launch
Migration, monitoring and handover documentation are part of the engagement, not a variation to it. Your team is trained before we step back.
Support
We remain accountable for what we build. Ongoing maintenance is offered on clear terms, and declining it does not leave you stranded.
03Studio
Who you are actually hiring, and how we prefer to work.
We are a software studio. We take a small number of engagements at a time so that the people who scope your project are the people who build it.
We scope honestly
If a requirement is unclear, we say so before quoting rather than after invoicing. If we are the wrong studio for the work, we will tell you that too.
We build in the open
You have access to the repository, the board and the running software from the first week. Progress is something you observe, not something you are told about.
We stay after launch
Software is not finished when it ships. We plan for the second year of a product during the first, and we hand over everything required to continue without us.
